- Photos (In‑App Capture Only): images you take in the app for food recognition; we do not access your camera roll.
- Device & Usage: app events, diagnostics, crash data.
- Purchases: subscription status/history (Apple processes payment).
- Support: messages/attachments you send us.
- Cookies (Website): for basic site operation and improvements.

Intended for users 13+ (or regional minimum). If we learn we collected data from a child without required consent, we’ll delete it.
Security
We use commercially reasonable safeguards (encryption in transit, access controls). No method is 100% secure.
International Transfers
We may process data in the U.S. and elsewhere. Using the Service means you consent to transfer and processing outside your country.
Region‑Specific Disclosures
CPRA (California): We do not “sell” or “share” personal information as defined by CPRA. You may request to know/delete/correct by emailing us.

Apple App Privacy Summary
- Tracking: Not used for tracking across apps/sites.

We may update this policy; we will revise the Effective Date. Continued use means acceptance.
